Naze Tower Abseil Challenge

Join the British Red Cross sponsored abseil and take on the 86ft descent from the top of the Naze Tower. Raise money for an important charity at the same time as having an exhilarating experience.

This will be the third abseil at the Tower; each year over 80 people have a go. With spectators cheering the brave ones on and a barbecue (weather permitting) the event always proves to be a lot of fun.

The Tea Rooms with seating inside and outside the Tower will be open to the public, but access up the Tower to the Viewing Platform, Museum and Art Gallery will be prohibited due to the event.

• The abseil is run by a professional company with qualified instructors who give you training but no previous experience is required, just courage!
